Join us for a one-night guided dining experience celebrating the journey behind the food we serve and the people who make it possible.

Beginning with a welcome drink and canapés in the Chef’s Garden, the evening will continue around shared long tables for a generous, farm-inspired menu served share style.

Throughout the evening, Chef Gordon MacGregor will be joined by farmers Adrian Lynch of Wellington Point Farm and Randall Breen of Echo Valley Farm. Together, they will share the stories behind their farms, their produce and the dishes created for the evening.
